We like Woodbury too, we just haven't seen a floor plan we've liked much there compared to some of the other neighborhoods in North Irvine (at least in our price range).

Hello all, I was curious what the best/good cell phone carriers are in Stonegate/Woodbury area? I currently have Sprint and would like to switch.. considering Verizon since its generally the best nationwide or T-mobile since its unlimited data and at the least better than Sprint. Thanks!

These vary depending on the homes in cypress village, especially the HOA (can range from 150 to 300+ per month)

How does Northwood compare to NP in terms of pros/cons (if any). We've taken a look at a few more places but haven't found something we really liked yet in terms of models but Northwood/NP both seemed like nice places to live. Besides those, so far in looking at resales we liked Woodbury...

Good to know,  Test. I'm surprised that even Acacia's proximity to the freeway wouldn't be considered "too close" from a value perspective.

Unfortunately no :( .. its all mental but I've ruled out Portola. I actually like the floor plans and location overall better with Jade Court though compared to Luna. What are your thoughts though regarding Jade Court's value moving forward despite its proximity to the freeway?

We have checked it out actually. Unfortunately we couldn't look past the landfill being close, as irrational as that may sound given the lack of smell/sight of it.

What do you think about Jade Court's potential when reselling in a few years? When I walk around the Jade Court area, the noise from the freeway is still somewhat loud though that might change as more houses are built.  This isn't a major issue for us since its a sacrifice given the detached...
