Haha, I am definitely getting a good laugh out of the pants comments. Back on topic, are there any discounts/incentives being offered at Parkview?  They don't seem to be selling too well.

I know it isn't Irvine but it is close, you have to go the to El Toro exit on the the 5 south, the way those lanes are set up to turn left onto El Toro is just a mess. I've never made it through a full light cycle with 100% of cars getting it right and I drive it at least once a week.

All houses in the knolls sold the day they released.  I went to tour this weekend and they gave me the price list but said everything was already sold and had to wait for the next release.

I found the pricing, loft is about $15K extra and California room is about $15K extra. The Parkview units that are closer to $700K look to be selling quickly but the ones closer to $800K have more availability.

Does anyone have a price list for the options at Parkview?
