    Thanks cba6777.  Yeah we already love it down there.  Such a great feel and welcoming people.  Lot's a great and already landscaped more importantly :).  It just did not make sense to pay 100K more for a smaller lot in a so so location even if it was new.  What street are you on in DC?

    Woodbury East to Dove Canyon 7:15 AM every morning.  Best time 14 min longest time 18 min.  I have done it every day for 2 months to drop my daughter off at school.  The lag of the commute is the lights I hit on Sand Canyon and portola on my way to the 241 due to all the construction traffic in PS.

    We just closed today.  Sub 700, great view and yard.  15 min from Irvine.  It worked well for us but not everyone wants that extra 10 min.

    Sorry my comment probably seems out of place since I was responding to a question from a couple pages of posts ago.  Congrats on the BR excipe.  If you can try to avoid the builder upgrades I would recommend it.  Everything is cheaper to do after close if you have the cash to do so.

    Wow they must have found some straw buyers for Ridgewood because they are releasing the rest of homes in phase 1 Saturday along with phase 2 of knolls.  Let see how much they try to push pricing in these releases.

    These guys are all going to be in for the long haul with thes sales numbers.  So you figured each builder released about 9 homes in phase 1 so let's call it 60 homes released.  10000 people for the opening and you can even close 60 sales, that is less than a .6% conversion rate.  Not so hot.
