What do you guys think of the low end of the irvine market now. Im talking about condos around the 200K mark.
Although IrvineRenter predicts the median price will drop (how much from now btw?), what are your thoughts about properties in this range?

Based on the current forecast, how much will the median price decrease? What about the decrease for low, middle, and upper end homes?
Take an etf like UYG
I am thinking of investing in it long term with a lot of my savings. However, what if it moves under a dollar? Isn't there some type of rule about that and where it is taken off the NYSE? Could this ETF ever 'go under'?

Normally I'd just go around pitting each broker against each other looking for the best rate. Similar to what I do to dealers when I shop for a car.
But I hear about brokers doing some 'illegal' and 'predatory' things.
