When the Great Park and housing around it is completed, how many units will their be?

That's interesting, but I doubt they'd consider the idea of an airport again because of the previous decision to build a park. who knows? anythings possible.

Only problem is then all those communities going up around it would be in a bad location.. not to mention a noisy one..

Because Oak Creek is gated i've only been inside once or twice, how new are the homes? And what kinds of amenities does the village offer? Is the village even worth looking at? Or should I be concentrating on Woodbury, Portola Springs and Quail Hill?

Will the village of Woodbury East be mainly composed of apartments/condos? Completely apartments/condos?

What will happen to communities like Woodbridge and University Park one they become so outdated no one will want to live there? Get torn down and rebuilt? Is this the fate for the new communities getting built now? What will Irvine Co. build once they build on all their land? Build on their land...

Roman arches in the Newport Coast monument or Pelican Hill? Both?

Who knows when the Great Park will be finished (if it ever gets moving)? And any word on the Lennar communities surrounding it? Lambert Ranch? Stonegate?

Those monuments are to ritzy for my taste.. Not sure how I feel about the Pelican Hill Viaduct or whatever? How's Crystal Cove? Anyone know much about Pacific Ridge or Turtle Ridge? Those communities look nice.

I do like Woodbury's more finished feel but am disappointed I can't purchase a home directly from the developer (at least the home I would have bought immediately, Mille Fleurs or Juliet's Balcony).. How is Quail Hill?

I like PS for it's prettier location but am not a fan of the remoteness. Will PS and Woodbury's home prices soar when the Great Park is finished? I liked Mille Fleurs in Woodbury by Standard Pacific homes but never jumped. I wanted the model Annabelle!

I was referring to new communities. I'd like it to be new because of less maintenance on the house. To bad mella roose is so high!

Should I buy in Woodbury or Portola Springs or wait for other villages?
