They raised the price. I know they have $5k for closing but I forgot to ask if there were any other incentives.

Wow so does that mean they're not going to build anymore of the Plan A and Bs? What about the other model homes? Or are they stopping all construction in Portola?

Wolvie: Can I ask what happened to the rest of the $25 incentive? You only used $14K towards closing costs. So that leaves you $11K. When I was looking they said you can use some of the money towards HOA fees.

Any more Plan 3s?

Looks like they sold A LOT of homes this past week. i went back and checked over the weekend and a lot were marked sold.

Oh thanks. I thought they closed down the model homes. I went by Sendero last weekend and didnt even think to try san carlos.

How's Portola doing now? Has it become the Ghost Town this thread said?
