Anyone know of a website which shows the floorplans for most of the homes in Covenant Hills? I know some realtors in other areas we are looking at do this for the area they specialize in, but I haven't come across anything for Covenant.

Any info/thoughts about these homes in Portola Springs? We're looking to buy a new home and these seem to be the only new ones in Irvine that are in our price range. Anyone have updated pricing? Are there any Portola Springs' homeowners that can give me feedback as to how they like living there?

The Village is actually a good place for kids. They have a lot of activities there. Right in front of our unit, they have a really nice jungle gym. They have basketball courts, 3 pools (all with a toddler area), an arts and crafts room, and other activities for kids.

Anyone have any info on some of the higher end homes in Quail Hill. We are looking at 106 Luminous, 102 Ambiance, 122 Retreat and 113 Tearose but I'm hoping those will drop quite a bit more.
