    I didn't really understand who the report would be available to. Will you be working as buyer's agents under contract? Can I buy just the report? If so how much do you expect it to cost? I think it looks great. Kind of like a more personalized/less automated Zillow.

    No mention of the BBQ? That's the #1 draw for me! My brother lives in Mesquite. I liked it out there when we went to visit. It's very quick to get out of the suburbs and very quick to get in to downtown. Heat would kill me though.
