"Available" sign is off from 15201 Ashville, but the sign is still up at 1407 Montgomery.

I think ArbyOC is right. Both of the above properties still have "Available" signs up. They would take down the sign if it is sold or reserved.

Plan 2 is gone from Lennar's web flyer. 2 units of Plan 1 are still there. Plan 1 used to be the most popular among the three models of Meriwether. I guess nowadays $447k-449k for 2BR/2BA condo is rather expensive, even for a new property.

Lennar web site offers loans for Gables at 3.75% (year 1), 4.75% (year 2), and 5.75% (for the life of loan). But you need to have at least 25% down payment, credit score of 700+, & close by 5/29. Who has 25% down nowadays?

I agree. If you are happy in your house and can pay for the mortgage, it doesn't matter whether the house value declines or not. Perhaps it's better if the value doesn't go up so that the property tax won't go up. Congrats, giltee!
