i'm starting to look at AV now and i was wondering why wood canyon is ranked so poorly in greatschools.net compared to other AV elementary schools. is the area that feeds into wood canyon, a bad area? any thoughts on AV schools in general would be appreciated too...

based on the main thread, (park lane condo next to train tracks and a toll road) I was wondering what everyone's thoughts were on what's worse to live by... power lines, railroad tracks, freeways, busy streets, under a flight path, or something else? and if you could rank which you would avoid...

Just wondering which Irvine neighborhood you guys like best? And what specifically you like about it. I'm new to Irvine, so I'm trying to figure out which one to buy in (in about 2 years).
