guys... I visited lantana last week. the sales guy is quoting 909K for 2nd plan as it has upgrades, like granite top, stainless steel, carpet, tiles speakers. I am trying to negotitate it and trying to get it lower by 125K. How do you guys feel about it. Do you think its good price...
