Just bought a house in Woodbury

I guess I expected these to be even less than Woodbury, but they aren't. At least for now. If Cortile is expected to drop to the $300,000's I wonder where these will end up, or Sage for that matter.

Just bought a house in Woodbury

I drove through the development in Oak Creek with these same floorplans, forgot the name though, and there was a 3 bed 3 bath listed for over $600,000. There were also several 2 + 2's for what catchme is paying for a brand new 3 bed. I've been interested in Cortile as well but think it is too...

    Cops at Woodbury Stop Signs

I think I was one of the first to get busted at a Woodbury stop sign a little less than a year ago. The cop told me they were responding to many complaints of speeders on Groveland and the danger with all the people wallking, biking, driving in Woodbury. I can attest to the speeders, I have a...

IAC Renters. Check the prices before you renew your Lease.

Blt, If that holds true then the rent on your previous unit would not have gone up, and it would be less than the place you just rented by the time you renew next year.

IAC Renters. Check the prices before you renew your Lease.

And right now it seems like the deals are starting to taper off and market rents are going back up. Expect to be paying even more by summer. If you are determined to get a better deal, and don't mind paying more in the long run, perhaps do what bltserv did. Or, exercise your upgrade...

IAC Renters. Check the prices before you renew your Lease.

Bltserv is going to be in the same (or worse) situation next year when the rent on the new (larger) apartment is raised to market rate, thus surpassing the rent bltserv would have paid on the smaller apartment. Any gains will be wiped out by next year. If you like the new apartment more and...

IAC Renters. Check the prices before you renew your Lease.

It can get a little confusing as they change the market rates quite often, as well as run specials when they need. They will base their rents on whatever the current market rent is, which they may have pulled out of the air, I mean, it is IAC after all.

IAC Renters. Check the prices before you renew your Lease.

4walls,

Sorry I thought you meant on a new unit. Your unit will have a market rate that fluctuates with all the others. Check the website to see where the rates are at any given time and factor in any premiums you are paying on your unit. If you don't know what...

IAC Renters. Check the prices before you renew your Lease.

4walls,

They will tell you, just ask, "What is the market rate for this unit?" You can look on the rental-living website under availability and it will give you what I believe is the market rate, I'm not 100% sure on that though. If you look under specials it will show...

IAC Renters. Check the prices before you renew your Lease.

Check that on my market rates, they've gone up $20 - $45 this week. As I said before, things change quickly in IAC world.
