Villages of Columbus - Columbus Square - Camden Place

i live in cambridge lane and decided to check out the models at camden place. i thought plans 1 and 3 were awesome. i didn't like the layout of plan 2 though. i thought it was retarded the guest bathroom is in the kitchen. plan 3 is great for someone looking to rent out since all 3 bedrooms are...

Anyone been watching the Towering Inferno at Marquee Place?

Why am I hearing so much negativity about Marquee when compared to other nearby high rises? I agree they are overpriced, but so are the others. What makes this one different?

Villages of Columbus versus Villages of Irvine

what's wrong with Columbus Square's neighborhood? I just moved there and it looks very unfinished with a lot of vacancy. Other than that, it seems really nice and quiet.

    Avenue One 98% sold out?

How much do you guys think the 2/2's in Avenue One will drop to? They're currently listed for just under $400k, down from like $550k. Any speculation that they'll drop to under $300k?

    Avenue One

Yeah, there are a lot of empty units. The guy I spoke to that lives there thinks there is a lot of vacancy. A good thing if you want space and quiet. Much better than Villa Sienna though. The guy's parents paid like $600k for the 1037 sq ft 2/2 two years ago. Now those units are listed for...

    Avenue One

MLS #: S535546 is at $234K Still too for me to buy. But nice to see the price reductions. i might be moving in there as a rental as I found a good deal. All high costs aside, what do you guys think of these condos to rent? I'd say much better than the older traditional apartments around...

How low will it go and how long will it take? Predictions?

I hope prices will drop down to '03 levels! Actually I don't know. But what I do know is that is the same exact place my friend used to stay in. He was renting a room from the owner and would have poker nights every week. Interesting, I should reach out to my old friend to see where he is...

    Manufactured homes

What do you guys think of these? They are the same as mobile homes... or are they? Take a look at this one MLS#S453399. It's pretty nice. Two story with attached garage. Of course I wouldn't prefer one but I thought it was interesting. What do you guys think?

I found this one on Zipreality.com. I thought the MLS number looked funky to me too.

Watermarke 1 bedroom, 1 bath just listed for $315,900 (635 sq. ft.)

I know... I would never pay $315k for it but it is good to see dramatic reductions so soon. How low do you think the 2 bed/2 bath ones will go?

Good god! I expected it but not so soon! That's excellent news for the day!

your opinion on Watermarke Condos ?

I only hope these things continue to drop dramatically. I'm not a real estate specialist nor am I an expect of the economy but just considering the number of new developments and all the other properties in competition, these will have to drop.
