    FS Homes bunched together?

I've seen all the For Sale signs on Alevera St, and it just looks ugly. There must be around 6-7 signs... if you are a potential buyer, you gotta be wondering why everyone wants to sell, while you would be moving into the neighborhood.

What's up with builders in Portola Springs?

On a side note, while commuting to work the other day, I saw a car with the words IRVINE-SUCK.COM, in big white lettering on the rear windshield. I expected it to be some site detailing all of the negatives of the city, but it looks to be some kid's blog. Odd.

uh so on brighter note, what did everyone think of the free samples? it really seemed like many employees were still learning everything on the fly... took a while to get my drink from coffee bean... when i asked a server what the recipe, he was clueless... prices were actually not too bad, not...

When can we expect to buy something in Irvine for $200k?

<p>tyler... You mentioned on another blog talking about $500k houses, and your quote is: <em>"Buying a home right now entails large amounts of risk, in this case the risk of losing 200k~300k" </em>I was just going by your statement there. How about an older 3/2 single family home...

Hmm, only a studio... I'll wait it out for a nice 3 bedroom single family house, preferably with a kitchen island and a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. Keep 'em coming, thanks again.
