Can you help to improve the detached condo?

I too live in Mericort. We have a plan 2. Having washer/dryer in the garage is not a problem at all. Given that we still have smaller cars, not sure if we go do a full size sedans or SUVs. I hope it won't be too small then. We won't pay extra for upstairs washer/dryer. We actually thought...

graphrix,

If I want to get more details or keep an eye on the escrow on this particular property, how would you suggest I do it? Go through an agent? Go to the bank? I remember you said you were in mortgage? I am still in mortgage (Secondary Marketing).

graphics,

Yes we did go see the actual property. It was listed as a "Short Sale" with an agent. So we had another agent met with us at the property. It's built by Pulte, track name is Cachett. This is a plan 3, 4br with 3 bath, 1949 SQFT. Granite countertop in the kitchen and...

    174 Vintage

    Hello graphrix,
We actually looked at the property with an agent during it's short sale days. The agent told us the bank accepted an offer and it was in escrow. Now it's sold in an auction? What happened?

Thanks

    Mericort - Starter 3/2 home??

nirvinerealtor,

Campanile is definitely one of the chioces. However, we don't like the way how the "great room" in these floor plans. It seems the media center is always a bit "off centered". That's the one thing that we have noticed through out the new developments. We have...

    Mericort - Starter 3/2 home??

bigmoneysalsa,

We are planning to have 2 kids. Right now we are using one of the rooms as an office. This house is definitely good for us for the next couple years or so. I was thinking ahead and see if we can avoid some of the possible headaches.

    Mericort - Starter 3/2 home??

Hello,

We bought the plan two in Mericort at the end of 2005. This is our first house and we bought it with the intention of staying for a while. I mean, it's a 3/2 with 1550 SQFT. It's enough right? Now we are planning to have a family (kids) in a year or so. Suddenly, this...

Are townhomes generally quieter than condos?

bkshopr,

You are absolutely right. Getting to and from the freeway is quick. It's just we have to deal with the traffic noise being so close.

Are townhomes generally quieter than condos?

Agree with noshellsnail,

We live in Mericort, same builder, same court yard design, different floor plan. We can hear the neighboring with windows open. But then again, even with detached SFRs, you can still hear with windows open right? Unless you have a big lot.
