    Prices of Palermo are getting little ridiculous.  $2.23 million for Plan 1 and $2.5 million for Plan 3 for a bare bone option with no premium lot?? With options and landscaping hitting mid to high $2 million? Bidding war pushing the prices this high?

    Orchard Hills School K-8 is very good as well.  Teachers are wonderful and curriculum is great from first-hand experience.  Also, I see many IUSD residents moving to this side to have their kids attend Orchard Hills K-8.

    OH4 will be so nice with a single loaded Cul-de sacs.  No house in front and view on the back (drooling).  Future sports park across (currently strawberry field) and tunnel and bridge access to the Hicks and Jeffrey trails.  Gated.  Gonna be big $$$$.  Save up.

    Looks like this is down to 136. I keep on getting tempted with crypto haven?t piled the trigger. My gut told me to buy BTC when it hit 28k recently and it would have turned out very well. Coulda woulda shoulda. Hope you bought some at around 136.  SOL is back above $200 now.
