Santa Cruz - why the slow sales?

The plan 2 of Santa Cruz is not selling due to price. This has slowed down all their release. Rest of the plans are relatively priced correct in my view.

Montecito / Sonoma / Carmel Pricing

I am wondering why nobody talk about Santa Cruz in Woodbury East in High 600 and Low 700K range. Plan 3 of Santa Cruz is similiar to Plan 1 of Montecito i.e. 3 Bed + 1 Den. It lacks Montecito driveway but it is 30K less as well.

    Woodbury/WBE Sales Pace?

This week Santa Cruz just released 4 homes(Price increased 4k for plan 1 and plan 3) as there plan 2s are not selling for weeks. They are good plans but wonder why they not selling. Plan 1 and plan 2 are at similar price now. I get confused about all this pricing :)

    Woodbury/WBE Sales Pace?

Yes, Coronado surprises me as well. It is so close to Sand Canyon (specially Plan 3) and it is selling so fast. Sales of Montecito and Monterey are also good and looks like they are also planning to close all phases by next month. Sonoma and Santa Cruz are moving slowly.

    Who bought the 2010 home?

Thank you all. Looks like Santa Cruz is not selling as fast as Montecito and Coronado but it lies between both of them with respect to pricing.

    Who bought the 2010 home?

We have signed contract for 3CR in Santa Cruz. We were thinking 1DR but later changed our minds. 3CR has den, Island in kitchen and bigger great room.

    Santa Cruz at WE

I like the plan 3 in Santacruz. They are charging real high $720k for this plan. They have been increasing the price by 4k every release. Is this worth $720k? or we going to into the bubble again. No open space for that much price.
