The red sauce from the Halal guys is pretty good. They also come in pre-packaged packets if you get the red sauce on the side. I don't know if you can buy in bulk though.
I second Aquabliss' recommendation of Woodbury. Great neighborhood, several parks and within walking distance to two grocery stores (Ralph's and Trader Joes), a home improvement store (Home Depot), several restaurants, and a gym (LA Fitness).

Really? I would imagine it to be just as expensive if not more than Irvine. It loses $$$ because it's not in Irvine, but increases in $$$ because no mello is priced in.
Looks like they have a webpage and floor plans are up. Starting from high $400k. I'm looking at a starter home so this interests me.
They also have The Branches @ Woodbridge and Willowbend @ University Park which have no MR and low HOA, but are probably priced higher than starter home prices...
If that is the case, then why were the 3 story setups so popular in certain tracts of Quail Hill, Turtle Ridge, Columbus Grove, and Tustin Field? The only reason I could think was to make more $$$ for the land space that they have.
Re-purpose it as a race track. There's already plenty of concrete.
That way, I don't have to drive 3+ hours to Buttonwillow or Willowsprings for track days.
Totally worth it during their grand opening which was B1G1 free.
Also their "stinky tofu" is not the Taiwanese fried kind, FYI. The stinky tofu is to put into the soup to be warmed, unless you order the #1 which comes with stinky tofu.
