I spoke to one of the lenders that I got qualified and they told me its 0.6 points last week. I'm not quite sure if that is good or bad.

Phase 2 - 35-42.

Found out phase 1 & 2 were sold out and waiting list is quite long. Not sure if it is true or not. Also grand opening is on August 15, instead of end of July.

The reviews sound mostly negative in here.  Makes me wonder if Beacon Park really  is a good investment or not. Thinking about moving to here.

Kinda of strange most of the phase 1 sold out. They haven't really seeing the the house and layout yet.
