Yeah, I'm in favor of one minimum wage. I'd also like to see that applied to waitstaff at restaurants. We need to simplify all of these crazy laws that add never ending complexity. But I guess bureaucracy in our institutions only serves to increase that bureaucracy. Bureaucracy's gonna bureaucracy?

I think Cloud Co. closed up recently as well. There is also Gong Cha which is pretty good and offers the ability to order online as well as at the kiosk in the shop.

There is definitely a lot of focus on the academic pressures. There is also a lot of pressure on the extracurriculars (sports, arts, etc). There is only so much time in a day/week/month. :(

It blows my mind that there are so many people who believe those who commit serious crimes should NOT be held accountable.

I really do want to leave sometimes but family, jobs, weather, comfort, fear of not being able to come back, in state tuition, etc make it hard. I worry that our societal problems here are not going to get better and our irresponsible spending is just going to keep increasing the taxes on those...
