    Probably a bit cheaper because it's a true townhome whereas the other place is more like an attached home if that makes sense.

    Yes, that's how I feel as well. I'm trying to remember if it was originally slated to be a different project. The homes are true SFRs, but the streets make them seem like quasi.

    They're pretty similar. I recall the models being on a regular street, but the other streets are similar to Highland. It's also interesting that they have parking spaces along the back. Maybe they're not narrower, but just set up different. Optical illusion for me haha.

The roads seem narrower and they have some bigger curbs & dips leading into the streets and driveways. They almost feel like they're SFRs on a motor court style road...

    This plan is pretty much the previous version of these new Sierra floorplans too, so they're similar. The MR is super low in this tract and the HOA was only $80 before. This tract is one of the best kept secrets of the newer villages.
