There are people who have 100% never go south of the 405 in Irvine, especially people who are new to the area in these new builds. I was born and raised in Irvine and have friends who live in North Irvine that don't even know their way around South Irvine because they never go that direction...

I think 2.5 sounds realistic. They're definitely going to milk the former model home title for all it's worth for as long as they can though.

I found this on the Irvine Company's website...had no idea they were planning on putting housing on the empty lot at the very end there. It doesn't specify whether apartments or for-sale housing though. Potentially coming in 2027...

Hmmm tough one...I've always known California Pacific to be a quality homebuilder, even with their condos and townhomes. The New Home Company is also top notch IMO. Maybe someone else with personal experience with the new homes can chime in if I'm wrong, especially since both of these projects...

Same here, but some people don't mind the detached condo life or homes like your namesake with a motorcourt. Look at the La Vita homes in OH; those things were selling better than the SFRs in OH. I think it's because the designs were more innovative.

For that plain interior....? And to think the actual model home for that floorplan was half the price when it sold....crazy.
