Vaca ribeyes are great! Had Mastros dry aged rib eye recently, at the end of Oct, one of their specials for the night, off menu, but I can say I prefer Vaca's more. I like Vaca's tapas too, but their paella was just OK. We should go...I'll set something up.

I was never a fan of Capital Grille, had it couple times at South Coast and at the Vegas location years back. Mastros has gone downhill in recent years too, my go to for steak is Trust aka Playground 2.0 in DTSA for their steak night.

I think Stratos is the highest now, but I haven't researched in a while, like Inc I've had good experience with Tint Plus and they carry Stratos.

My fiber through ATT is awesome.  No issues there.  Consistent 950+ up/dl with their gigabit service.  Obviously not in Woodbridge, but once other companies start putting in fiber in other areas of Irvine, Cox will need to be more competitive.

Didn't Twitter say work from wherever you want.  We went in 1 day a week for a month or so in Sept/Oct, then the whole team went remote again.  I can see us doing a 1 day a week thing or maybe every couple of weeks, no one on our team wants to go in. 

Wasn't there a project to connect Marine way - but further down.  Marine Way to Barranca, there were signs up when I drove through that area a couple months ago.  Not sure what the ETA is, since that Sand Canyon railroad project took years and traffic through there was horrible during construction.

Same with Chase, you can deposit a week before closing to show it's moved into the account, move it back out a day after loan funds. 

Our team is remote, my manager doesn't want to go in nor do I, even though my office is only a few miles away, we'll go in if the guys at the very top force us.  Our team still gets together every couple months for drinks/dinner or a bbq. 

They can't even manually open and close?  That sucks, guess it's now a converted office or hoarding space.
