The $5M house is the smallest of the lots (6,000 sf or less) with no city views.

So no inground pool in such a small lot size. $5M or $6M house with a tiny backyard. No thank you. The landfill is definitely a no no to me. Location Location Location. The 3 most important words in real estate. I guess it doesn't matter to the Chinese buyers of Irvine, unless it's a cemetery.

My biggest concern with OH Summit, besides wildfires, is the close proximity (just a block or so away to the main roadway, the Bee Canyon Rd. leading to the dump) to one of the largest landfills in all of the U.S. It's #6 on the list. Source...

Irvine has higher prices for similar product than surrounding cities and all the factors of why that have been cited through the years have always been dismissed by the uber-bears. So...
