How does garbage day work for motor court homes? If you don't mind me asking. Do you have to bring the bins out of the shared driveway? What if there's no more room? I've seen 12 units sharing a single dead-end driveway and I've always been curious how do they fit 36 garbage bins within like 80 ft.

I found the old price sheet. It was listed new for $4,689,990 on 2/3/2024. For that price the seller is probably losing at least $500k among selling costs, landscaping and closing costs.

Prep kitchen, or any enclosed kitchen, works very well with Chinese home cooking though. I've seen lots of prep kitchen in Altair have one giant wok burner instead of a regular cooktop.

I think the only new home in Irvine that still offers 3-car garage is one of the floor plan in Skyline at OH4, and it's a tandem garage, and you lose the prep kitchen if you opt for that... I heard this is the most popular plan there.

The Sequoias/Evergreen is a very good comparison. The floorplan is very mediocre for that price. For that price I'd except at least Enclave at Yorba Linda or Estrella at Altair that kind of floorplan.

Couldn't agree more. Also there is no loft on the 2nd floor. I'm fine with a 3rd floor as a bonus but the first 2 floors must be a fully functional house. TB has those kind of design but not this one. I also don't like the small foyer leads directly to the living room without a hallway. Feels...
