    iPhone 16

I have the iPhone 14 Pro and don’t really see a compelling case to upgrade. My wife has a 14 pro max and wants to upgrade since it has a bigger screen. We have Att and are getting credits over 3 years to offset the interest free payment plan. So on my wife’s phone we owe $500 and would give up...

    Air Conditioning (HVAC) service repair

I use these guys for tune ups and have been happy with them. https://www.rkmair.com Aliso Air does a lot of new construction. Normally whoever did your AC in new construction will put some sort of little sign by your door in the garage.

    Why hasn’t this sold

You should take all of Martins listing and look at how quickly they go into escrow. I think most of his home are in escrow within a couple of weeks. He helps the client price it right and most of the time he sets some sort of record. Price is always the number 1 factor in selling a home.

    Why hasn’t this sold

As others have said, just cherry picking one data point, doesn’t mean anything. Perhaps Martin can chime in here but from watching all the seasons of Million dollar listing, in general, if the home doesn’t go into escrow in 30-60 days it is overpriced. On those shows there are some very unique...

    Presidential Elections

Well we don’t really know that he believes it, but if he did, that tells you how crazy/delusional he is. So whether he beilives it or not, he says things like that. Probably not the best person to be running our country. Now I appreciate a good trash talker and I like that he has broken the...

    Presidential Elections

Both parties are a bunch of liars. The democrats are promising a bunch of stuff that will never happen as usual. The republicans are promising to go back to a time when white men had complete control over alll races and women. Although I guess the republicans are making more progress on their...

If anyone is a fan of Jack in the box they have a $5 meal now as well. A jr jumbo jack, taco, curly fries and drink. The one on Edinger in Tustin closed down a couple of weeks ago but there is a new one on Newport and the 5.
