There is one more official phase, but only plan 1 and 3. But I believe they will be building more due to the demand and also, they have land available on the same tract
Can anyone share the pricing for the options with Cetara? I know most say its higher than normal so just trying to gauge if its worth something pursuing. This would be my first new construction.
yes im talking about the additional tracts. you stated "3 phases left. Include the parking lot." There will be more than that if they continue to build on those available tracts.
will be interesting if thats the case. Recently a plan 4 with decked out backyard, pool and upgrades throughout the home, corner lot went for 2.125 i believe
compared to all the other new constructions in the area and i've seen them all the past couple months, i'd say YES, the floor plans are way better, in my opinion.
I'm curious to know the same. Hopefully no one gets seriously hurt and no one loses there homes.
I was actively looking in OH and GP and now contemplating if it's worth it. With climate change, not sure this will get any better down the road...
