    Thousands? Hyperbole to the max. Compared to other cities, Irvine fared well.. and had very many can-kickers and shadow inventory... which is why the foreclosure tsunami never materialized (and of course government cheese rates).

    Thanks for the correction... it is Manaao. I actually prefer Siam over Manaao, there is another one called Chiang Rai near the Tustin Manaao that is supposed to be good. One of my favorites is Bamboo Bistro off McArthur and PCH in Newport.
