I believe that the average reading level is 6th-7th grade.  The average educational attainment is high school plus a few years of college, iirc.

I like NH, but you get what you pay for with regards to taxes.  roads bad, schools mostly mediocre (though Bedford itself has good schools), and property taxes not low. Life is full of trade-offs...
