Yup, I lived there for 10 years on top of the hill next to the dump site and could see the burning light/smoke all day long. I don't have long to live... so that's why I YOLO everywhere I go. But hey, at least I got max ROI on my property when I sold it.

There were new townhomes in yorba linda with 2x2 tandem in 2013 when we were looking. Nice floorplans too but the neighborhood overall felt too tight.
