Plus there are tons of apartments (including very low, low, and moderate income) in Irvine as well as seniors and students. There is quite a bit of income diversity by design in Irvine.

Definitely less rain this year.. but there was definitely more rain a couple years ago (maybe even last year). This is just how it goes in California. Media and government here has been screaming drought for decades.

It’s amazing to read how this is perceived by the far left (this includes many in Cali) - they truly believe it is justified.

I'd also imagine Newport Beach (in particular Newport Coast/Crystal Cove) would be a prime beneficiary.

If this is real, I'd like to see more OC cities doing this.

I think $100/year is pretty fair. I don’t think other manufacturers give real time traffic or data for video streaming for free - do they?
