I don't remember saying that, I only reported on what the builders own website said about quick move in lots availability. Also, not a single home has finished construction or closed so sold does not really mean sold. Just look at all the people backing out of "sold" new construction homes in...

Yup, the wind blows SW directly over Summit. Looks like Toll Brothers has removed the lot statuses from their website, probably out of embarrassment. That's not going to help sell more homes and will probably make matters worse.
