The big 4 is a great learning experience, but that experience can be gained without the 60+ hour work weeks. The only thing you learn from 60 hour work weeks is that you don’t have time to enjoy family/life/eat healthy/workout.

UCLA is a feeder school to the big 4 accounting firms in the LA area and they don’t have an accounting school. I always thought that was odd as well. That is why USC is better school. They not only have a business school, but they have an accounting school :)
