I just found out my neighbors (retired couple) went to a small Xmas gathering and every person who attended caught COVID.  2 of them died in the same week, including the husband of my neighbor couple.  I know my neighbor was not vaccinated.  I suspect most others who attended weren't either...

I do recall after the dot com crash the fed cut rates aggressively, yet the broader indices kept tanking, and took 7 years to recover. 

No answers here, but I'll know we're in a recession when gas is over $6/gallon and my coworkers start making "diesel" in their basements and garages again, like they did in '09.  "Why does Victor's car smell like french fries?" Is there a cost benefit?  Mileage benefit?  Do OEMs have any issues...

The other one for me is "boasts".  I prefer my housing have some humility.

And the prices have gone up.  The systems are larger too, multiples of 4.8kw, but now it's $2.30/kw for all systems.  Which seems weird, since some of the costs are fixed regardless of system size.  The smallest system must be the least profitable.

Doesn't make a lick of sense, since they're not pronounced remotely the same. 

A few weeks ago there were zero SFRs for sale in my city.  I haven't seen that before in over 20 years of tracking this market.  There are 2 right now for sale, one of which only so because it fell out of escrow.
