Oc/la is the big pond for the big fish. Georgia is fine if you want to be in a smaller pond. Easier lifestyle to maintain.

We all are. We pleaded for years for it to stop. We asked neighbors for help. Everyone acted like nothing was wrong even though it was very public. So yes, we all are.

What is the current trend in “refreshing” a home if you are going to put it on the market? Or do people want to buy and then redo themselves?
