I believe that the average reading level is 6th-7th grade.  The average educational attainment is high school plus a few years of college, iirc.

the law allows/ed 15 and up to access preventive vaccines. I think that 16 year old are mature enough to decide they want these, even if they have anit-vax parents.  We do the same for kids of JW families, and more.

I like NH, but you get what you pay for with regards to taxes.  roads bad, schools mostly mediocre (though Bedford itself has good schools), and property taxes not low. Life is full of trade-offs...

VAT are hugely regressive.  Rich people don't buy stuff that is taxed in proportion to their income or wealth (they buy properties or companies).  It hits the middle class very hard, since it is a sales tax with few exemptions for necessities like food or medicines.
