Looks quite nice. I'd rather see real imagery with a drone. The animation weirds me out. I also hope that the homes don't have lush lawns as depicted. With our current drought, and the Southern California climate in general, that's just wrong.

Really? No screen? I know that they don't do them in models due to display issues, but not even after you buy? Makes a window pretty worthless for opening most of the year. That said, Oliva in SJC also has the same type of windows throughout.

Went to Oliva today. Generally nice homes, I found aspects in each house that I really liked. I *loved* plan 2 (the third model if you go in order). Every aspect of that home is pretty darn perfect, and is probably my second favorite New Home Company home (after Grove Plan 2 at Lambert). Yup...
