    Starting daycare...

I looked into this school. I had 2 big problems: 1) They are in the middle of nowhere...eg. the 133 and that freeway gets clogged up. Plus, on rainy days, it will be a pain to get to... 2) That place is prone to cave-ins on the hill above. Did you know that after the last big rains, they had...

New Address not in Google Maps, Mapquest, etc

Uh, what does google maps have to do with Fedex, and the postal service.  They have their own methods of delivering mail. You think they look at google maps?  If you are so worried, go get a PO Box.

How much of a discount should a house take if it is next to a major road?

If you have kids, it can be bad for your health. I had a friend who backed to a busy street and his kids had pretty bad asthma because they played in the back yard most of their lives.

EPA's final analysis of TCE - causes cancer (well duh)

That is somewhat reassuring with regards to the Woodbridge homes.  Not sure if this is true for homes along the entire path of the plume, or to be built on the Great Park.  In Mountain View, the EPA actually tested for TCE levels inside residential and commercial buildings.  I wonder if they've...

    Quail Hill Comp Killer

It's $252 Irvinehomeowner and one of the reasons why I choose up here is because of that big greenbelt area in the middle. It's nice to see the kids in the morning walk thru that on the way to school.
