I'm currently refinancing a 7/1 Jumbo ARM into another 7/1 with US Bank. Very few lenders interested in Jumbos. There was only one other option I found and they required LTV 60% as well.

Got this from a local colleague. Snipped this data for age ranges 31-40, 41-50, 51-60. Blue is inpatient. Orange is outpatient. This is civilian data so likely a greater percentage of the unhealthy patients. Still, the virus is not sparing younger folks.

Most everybody is going to get this virus. Some small percent are going to die from ARDS/myocarditis regardless of treatment. We need to avoid unnecessary deaths like Italy's situation aka "Rock, Papers, Scissors" vent selection which means pacing the infection rate aka flattening the curve...

US daily deaths hit 402 today, up from 268 yesterday. I think we?re going to approach Italy/Spain?s rates from the numbers coming out of Louisiana, Michigan, and Philly.
