    I don’t think tech companies laid off many 300k+ makers… most layoffs are targeting at recruiting, HR, admin, maybe sales. Tech companies value their core talents, aka, programmers very much, who also happen to be the majority of the 300k+ people I believe.

    Some of the housing transactions in Irvine is cleared if not full at least partially using CNY offshore. I don’t know how this is done but many Chinese agents told me so. There is a 3% fee for that tho.

    1.4 in the next 12 months probably lands you a 2B condo or 3B condo. SFH would jump above 2M once rate is lowered. Just my guess
