China's stock market has been dead for awhile now. And remains sideways with no recovery in sight. The Chinese with real money didn't make their money through the stock market or even invest in the stock market. They made their money through much different means.

I usually stay away from courtesy cars. They are usually treated like shit and go through hell. Plus why x3? I'd go for a GLC at that price range. Much nicer car. Or maybe even the new q5 coming out (or is out).
