Yup, I lived there for 10 years on top of the hill next to the dump site and could see the burning light/smoke all day long. I don't have long to live... so that's why I YOLO everywhere I go. But hey, at least I got max ROI on my property when I sold it.

There were new townhomes in yorba linda with 2x2 tandem in 2013 when we were looking. Nice floorplans too but the neighborhood overall felt too tight.

@moc We were in your shoes a few years ago when we bought our first home. We ended up finding a good "deal" on a new home in a new village and everything worked out better than we imagined. If you want to share experiences, feel free to PM.

@kenkoko how do you get something like this approved by the HOA? never done anything like it before.
