Nope.  The floor plan said Saviero.  Sorry, I should have said that the courtyard is in addition to the backyard, which from my illegal trespassing at the site appears quite decent.  If I have to guess the lot size I would say around 5,500.

I saw the floor plans for Saviero.  The 2 smaller plans has 2 car garages and courtyard.  The largest plan has 3 car tandem.  No formal living/dining.  All have B/Ba and craft/bonus/office on 1st floor.  Loft and big master bedroom on 2nd floor.
