From my understanding, Orchard Hills K-8 has been "Stuck" at grades 5-8 for a couple years. Any idea when they'll open grades K-4?

That's great to know! I'm considering a Terrazza 2X which would be a really short walk to the school and Settler's Park eliminating pick-ups and drop-offs. Hopefully, OH K-8 will open more grades as The OH Community fills in.

Terrazza Community needs more Plan 2X's and less Plan 1's... For the most part, Plan 2X's sell out on their release date.

Agree 100% with the previous post. And, if you're looking at API scores, Beckman HS should get a nice bump once Orchard Hills Community sell out and Tustin Legacy HS is opened and the schools are realigned.
