I actually thought they were some of the most lackluster floorplans and designs I've seen in an SFR and not modern at all, but every product has a customer.

I'm glad people are starting to see that the Walnut area of Irvine has some good neighborhoods. Convenient to get places too via street or freeway.

They remind me of Atlas at Rise Park which was probably my favorite GP product.

Ootoro is also owned by the same Ootoro on Michelson in Irvine. Not sure if there's a difference in the menu or anything.

If you're in Irvine above the 5, the temperature difference is honestly pretty miniscule. It really starts making a difference when you're south of the 5 and even bigger when you're closer to UCI. This weekend, I was in Foothill Ranch & Lake Forest and it was 90 there and only right at about 70...

Hopefully they put a store that's actually useful and not some niche store that isn't worth anyone's time. They need something like a Sprouts or Stater Bros.
