    Taiwan foodie tourism video

That's a tough one! 'King of Mackerel and Shrimps' in Rowland Heights has something similar, fish paste pork potage. It's hidden inside the Pacific Plaza food court. Also try the fried shrimp roll and chicken roll if you get a chance.

    Taiwan foodie tourism video

I think I read somewhere California has the largest concentration of Taiwanese people outside of Taiwan. You can find most of these dishes here locally, pretty decent too. PM me if you want recommendations!

It adds a lot of character to the home, but it does have pros and cons. Cons: Looks fantastic now, might not look so good in 10yrs. Depends on how often you put in new flooring! Pro: It's so overwhelming you probably won't notice dust as much. Less cleaning?  ;)

More insider info: Marbella phase 3b (the rest of Shady Arbor) will be released next Saturday the 25th. These are the larger view lots at the end of the cul-de-sac (with 4 car garage and casita options), and will be going up to $3.1mil.

Thanks for the feedback, I respect that. I agree that the sample size is small, and to clarify, the listings I used were those active today for quick reference. Apologies, it wasn't indicated in my sneaky-TB-online-marketing booklet that I could only use closed/in-escrow transactions for comps...

Going out on a limb here, but I don't see why the Turtles are special. We moved to socal from out-of-state a few years ago, and have always been given the impression that the turtles are prestigious. But after visiting a few times, we couldn't understand why. Sure, gated, great school district...

When we were considering the groves at OH, we kind of accepted the fact that the kids had to be driven to school (elementary & high school). So the problem exists either way if you're shopping between OH and HC. Hopefully they'll add a school bus route.

    Hidden Canyon or Orchard Hills?

I agree. There really aren't a lot of choices, and ironically, this is as good as it gets for $2-3mil. We came read-over-the-CC&R's-close to buying Amelia, but in the end we couldn't justify $2.1mil after upgrades on a 6900sqft lot. TNHC plans were great, but it just wasn't enough to close the...

Imo, the glass door makes the great room. Definitely get the manual door, not the one with the motor. In the Cassis model, they placed a dining table between the front and back doors, I think that's supposed to block the feng shui?

    Electrical options through builder

I would opt everything on the first floor through the builder (canned lights, j-boxes). You can probably find retrofit kits for pendant lights at home depot. On the second floor, maybe add a j-box w/switch in the master bedroom, and another at an opposite corner, so it's easier for the...

Can't wait to see the models for plans 2 and 3. Is there an anticipated opening date? Thanks!

    Electrical options through builder

Does your builder offer a "light fixture pre-wire" option? I heard some builders offer this for $100 + $150 for the switch. That way it'd be easier for the electrician to access wires later on.

Here are two more "professional" photos of Cassis. Besides the double infinity pools, the table in the sunken seating area has a gutter down the middle, in which a stream of water flows through to create a waterfall effect at the end of the table.

I'm male, in my 30's, and I too noticed the Restoration Hardware chandeliers... Happios, Grayston, we should have a chandeliers-n-coffee meet! In regards to "good financial sense for buying a tract home", to each his/her own. Everyone has a certain list of qualities they look for in a home...

Great capture of that staircase at Cassis! Why is it so hard to believe that home buyers are present on the forum? Perhaps this demographic group just happen to be tech-savvy and internet-dependent for product reviews and information? There really aren't any other resources on the internet...
