Standard kitchen/bath cabinets are wood. Standard laundry room cabinets are thermafoil. You can get craftsman or bologna style cabinets painted white for $8100.  It's another $2000 to upgrade laundry room cabinets from thermafoil to wood.

I think it may be hard to reuse the standard sinks since they're drop-ins. Maybe if your counter guy is super careful, you'd be able to reuse them. But imo undermount sinks look sleeker, and are easier to clean. Faucets can be reused, unless you want to swap them out for aesthetic purposes...

Yeah I haven't seen the clear broth anywhere. Tried it for the first time at Keelung Night Market last year. But the pork potage deserves a chance, much better than other places! Mackerel potage has a strong fish smell, not for everyone. Better quality night market teppanyaki steak can be found...
