    I think you'll be fine. The pool in Cetara plan 2 model I believe is about 12 ft wide, length is longer but its a decent sized pool. I think setback is about 26ft in that model as well so its def do able

    If that was the case, id put my foot down and tell her go ahead. If you fulfill your obligation and find a reasonable tenant, she can talk about attorneys, courts whatever but if it has no leg to stand on, it has no merit. A lot of people will try to scare you and mention attorney, court etc...

    It?s clearly a scare tactic. Anyone can get an attorney for anything but doesn?t mean anything. Personally, I wouldn?t fall for her scare tactics and find a reasonable renter with good credentials.

    I was thinking maybe they'll slow down the aggressive price hikes per phase but they're keeping steady with about 100-150k increase in base pricing each phase. Plan 1 - 2.55 Plan 2 - 2.7 Plan 3 - 2.635 Base Price might hit 3mill when it's all said and done if they keep this up.

    Ravello pays $299 AND the Orchard Hills HOA which I believe is $289? Or is it just 1 HOA payment because that's news to me about the 2 HOA's payments.
