Capella Plan 1 if you can afford it...The location alone is incredible. Only questionable aspect is Beckman HS. Good school, just not great. Orchard Hills K-8 will be great, no issues there.

For me, Capella Plan 1 is the best new home for sale at it's current price. Functional layout, behind the gates and in the hills...Can't be beat.

Terrazza is in a very nice location surrounded by Orchard views...Also has the incredible Plan 2X as end units with only 1 neighbor...Very Very Nice!
