Cost per Square Foot per Village?

Seriously?  You're not tracking. Here are the CliffNotes. Paris and I are making the same argument.  ? ? ? is on the other side. Paris said the pic is from an older phase. Am I really going to have to get a current La Vita price list to end this bafoonery? Just call or go to the sales...

Cost per Square Foot per Village?

Exactly my point. You can say "i dont think it's worth it" and there's really nothing anyone can say. But to say something inflammatory like project is a "rip off," then support it with statements that are plain wrong, then people will naturally feel compelled to correct you.

"Plan 1s DO have views according to this site map and my recall on my visit there. Plan 1s are in the $1.65 million range, but they are ALSO in the $1.45 million range, according to the pricing sheet I received. Can someone actually post an image they received of the pricing for verification?"...

Haha-- too much? Just correcting misinformation. Plus I have a soft spot for Paris.  ;) Not in a creepy way though-- I have fond youthful memories of Paris in the Spring. #okmaybeitsalittlecreepy

Cost per Square Foot per Village?

Your premise that "Capella is a rip off" was absurd. The arguments you used to support it, (3000 sf lots and no view compared to La Vita) were incorrect. Using your, "if i get in the range, I'm right" logic, you could just as easily have said Capella has 5000 sf lots. There's no shame in...

Cost per Square Foot per Village?

Right, i was talking sequencing, not numbering. I'm sure you understood that from context, but good catch.

Cost per Square Foot per Village?

I dont have the numbers, but I think the range is a bit less than 4000 to 7000 or more. But just from memory, most are between 4K to 5K. Generally, the smallest yards in the Grove, but not 3000 sf.

Cost per Square Foot per Village?

OK- just dont make outlandish statements that are totally out of touch with reality and there will be no reason to argue.

Cost per Square Foot per Village?

OK.  So, no 3000 lots in Capella.  I think the smallest is about 1000 sf more than that. But what's a 1000 SF b/t TI friends? If the lot size is worth $200K to you, that's your preference. But, be somewhat realistic and acknowledge that Capella is clearly not a "rip off."

See my previous post-- do your research before you chastize someone for not having their facts straight.

Cost per Square Foot per Village?

Wrong for a couple reasons: --  The current homes (and next few phases) of La Vita have no view, while Capella's next phase homes have great views. --  Check the pricing again, one home fell out of the preceding phase, but the current phase is approx $1.6M starting v. Capella at $1.4M ish. ...
